Speakaholic provides text-to-speech conversion using AI technology, including:
- Multiple voice options for text-to-speech conversion
- Document processing and audio file generation
- Account management and settings
- Developer API access
3. User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation: Users must provide accurate information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses:
- Converting original or authorized content
- Creating audio for personal, educational, or commercial purposes
- Generating speech for accessibility needs
Prohibited Uses:
- Creating illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity
- Impersonation or deepfakes
- Intellectual property violations
- Spam, malware, or distribution of harmful content
- Reverse engineering the platform
- Any unlawful purposes
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your uploaded text content. You also own the generated audio files, subject to these Terms and applicable law. BYITL, LLC retains ownership of all platform technology and AI models.
6. Payment and Subscription Terms
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Refunds are available within 30 days for unused services.
7. Service Availability and Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
By using our services, you consent to the data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BYITL, LLC limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
